Refund Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your product within 20 days of purchase, you can send it back (unused and unopened), and we will exchange your product or will provide you with a credit to the credit card you used to make the purchase. Products that have been opened and used will NOT be refunded.
If you have a product to be returned, please email us at support@rakandagoldcoffee.com to tell us your intent to return one of our products and include your name (or the name on the order), order number, date, and the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
